Hey, I’m Gayatri — your average Indian girl with not-so-average dreams.

Like many of us, I was told to follow the “safe” path: study hard, land a job, build a career. But deep down, I knew I wanted more. I wanted to create something of my own, something
that would not just earn, but inspire.

Growing up, I always had thick, long hair — the kind people constantly complimented and asked, “What is your hair care routine?” (Honestly, it made my day every time).
But while I loved my hair, it came with its fair share of struggles.

Wearing a ponytail? Headache.
Using regular scrunchies? They'd snap or just not hold up.
Styling my hair? Forget it — it looked more like banyan tree roots than beach waves.

And then one day, while bingeing YouTube, I stumbled on a packaging video by XXL Scrunchie & Co. It was love at first sight. The size, the softness — finally, something that got
my hair. But reality hit: it was way too expensive for me.

So, I did what any determined girl would do — I made one myself.

And the moment I wore it, I knew. This wasn’t just a fix for me. This was something bigger. Something I could bring to women like me — who want to feel stylish, confident, and comfortable in their own.

That’s how Kloura was born — starting with oversized scrunchies made for real hair, real women, and real moments. Kloura will be growing into a clothing and accessories brand rooted in one simple idea:
